Information

DH-203 medium viscosity is a structure reinforcing epoxy resin injection material. grouting chemical for concrete It is designed for packing on medium crack, detached concrete part and steel plate compressed part. Once hardened, DH-203 provides superior rust-proof and high physical strength, and therefore, is suitable to prevent rust on steel bar and to recover concrete strength.

Feature

  • Because the medium viscosity epoxy resin is usually absorbed into or flows into the concrete of the base member of the structure which has air voids or is not strong enough or has cracks running through the whole length, there is no concern that its inside remains unsealed.
  •  Its slow hardening process makes the application easy and almost no shrinkage is found when fully hardened. It has the optimum level of viscosity and fluidity for grouting work by high pressure and low pressure injectors.
  • The excellent adhesive strength of epoxy resin ensures that the hardened composition maintains a sufficient adhesive strength for the cement mortar, concrete and reinforcing bar etc. and does not produce de-lamination from the base member of the structure.
  • After epoxy resin is injected, the fully hardened composition does not create any chemical action on the reinforcing bars or concrete structure, and offers an outstanding durability by preventing corrosion.
  • Compared to cement mortar or concrete, it has superior mechanical strength in all respects including compressive strength, bending strength and tensile strength etc.

Purpose

  • It is intended as grouting material for steel plate reinforcing and crack repairing of all types of concrete structure without vibration.

It is used for the repairing of cracks of over 0.2mm when the measured width of a crack is larger than the allowable width in case the target member is structural member, grouting chemical for concrete or when the structural stability, durability, waterproof should be considered regardless of the identity of the target member. Applications are as follows.

  • Repair and reinforcement of cracks in Pc plate, concrete molding products

  • Grouting reinforcement of aged, weakened parts of concrete

  • Repair and reinforcement of cracks on slab and upper plate

  • Grouting of loosened gap of concrete plastering mortar and tile etc

  • Reinforcement of steel plate when it is used

  • Grouting for machinery foundation

  • Pot Life  The period of time during which you can work without a change in viscosity after resin and hardener are mixed.

  • Tack Free  The state of hardening in which you can lightly touch the mixed resin with your hand, but the hardened material does not stick.

  • Hardening Time  The time it takes for the mixed resin to be hardened enough to realize about 80% of final mechanical strength.
